Organic and Fair Trade Coffee
Delany's Coffee House Organic Espresso and Organic Fair Trade Coffee's meet the stringent standards to be organic and fair trade certified. The beans are grown without the use of fertilizers and we buy product that meet the international fair trade criteria.
Composting of used coffee grounds
Rather than throwing our gourmet coffee grinds into the garbage, we use them in our gardens and give them away to local farmers to use. Composting is quite simple and the benefits are plentiful. Composting improves the soil structure, helps stop contaminants from reaching our water sources, reduces the needs for pesticides … and the list goes on.

We highly encourage the use of travel mugs by offering our customers who choose to bring their own cups a discount on any coffee they purchase. Great for the enviornment and great for your pocket!
Sometimes we mess up. Rather than throw out coffee that cannot be used for customers, we have a list of organizations and charities that we donate our mess ups to.
